Return Policies and Privileges

Vases.biz  is committed to providing you with the highest level of service and to making sure that the vases you purchase will fully meet your expectations.  We believe our customers should have the right to return a purchase that does not satisfy their expectations.  If a customer wants to return a purchase, he or she must contact Vases.biz within  seven working days of receipt of the item.  In the event a return is agreed upon, the artwork in questions should be shipped back in the original packing materials and/or container provided by Vases.biz at the collector's expense.  We only accept returns on standard stock items in the original packaging.
