Celadon Oblate Pot with Floral Design
The production of
monochrome ceramics came steadily to maturity, and especially the
celadon was extremely sucessful. The imitation of green glazed pieces
developed, such as Ru ware, Guan ware, Ge ware and Jingdezhen ware. All
ware were imitated very well. As a typical shape of the Qing dynasty,
this vase has a lobed body which looks delicate and
gorgeous.
